How can I order?

However, our SchokoLADIES may not be able to follow up on your requests: they may have a good number of customers hungry for ice cream to serve, or eager to drink a good espresso... exactly when you call! :-)

Yes. When you want to purchase more than 10 pieces of the same SchokoBox, we can offer a quantity discount. Please make write us an email to verify.

We are a Corporation. Do you issue invoices?
Certainly. We always produce a receipt, but we can alternatively produce an invoice, if the order is over CHF 250.00.
Do you have Gluten Free and/or Vegan Products?
Absolutely. We have already created a few combinations with gluten-free and/or vegan products in our suggested boxes. Have you already seen them? Get in touch for more information!

Where can I pick up the products I ordered?
Directly at our store: SCHOKOLATO BAR DELI GELATERIA
We are located in WALLISELLEN, in the RICHTI complex, at the foot of the ALLIANZ tower. We are right next to the Glattzentrum shopping center, and the Wallisellen SBB train station.
Is delivery possible?
Depends on quantities ordered.
It is possible on the city of Zurich for an order above 10 units , against a fee of CHF 25.00.
Delivery is free if the order is over 25 units. Again, only on the city of Zurich.
For orders on other locations (Ex. Canton of Zurich and/or neighboring cantons), we suggest contacting us!

Is it possible to have the packages mailed?
Yes, it is possible if you order at least 3 parcels.
However, we can only ship the "SchokoPod" parcels.
We cannot ship the SchokoShopper and the SchokoBauletto.
We rely on the Swiss Post for this service.
We use VINOLOG, a specialized shipping service that takes extra care of your boxes! Products are also insured! :-)
The ADDITIONAL charge is CHF 13.50 per parcel shipped.
What is the CHF 4.00 discount you refer to when you talk about the cardboard boxes?
If you bring the empty SchokoBox back to Schokolato's, we will reward your commitment to cardboard recycling by recovering the box and giving you a voucher worth CHF 4.00. You must spend it right away on a new purchase.
NOTE: We only accept 1 box at a time per purchase from the same person.
Could I buy only the products, but not the gift box?
Certainly.
Come to the store to choose products individually!
All products have been selected with great care, and they are of a superior category. You can find them only in a selected deli stores that are particularly attentive to quality!
Schokolato does not offer online sales of individual pieces.
