Refund policy

Products picked-up from SCHOKOLATO are viewable, selectable, verifiable and chosen by you.
They are therefore not subject to refund, unless there is a situation of fault on our side.

Products delivered (or shipped) are inspectable by you upon delivery, or receipt.
In case of misunderstandings, please contact us within 24 hours after the products are in your hands to notify us of any problems by providing photos and description of the problem via email [schokolato (at) schokolato.ch].
We will find the right solution together! :-)
