Finding an ARTISAN PASTA that would fully represent us was hard.
We are very demanding!
We offer only a few pasta formats, but exceptional ones, such as those produced by PASTA MARTELLI di Lari (Pisa, Tuscany), PASTA DELLA PEPPINA (Salerno, Campania), or MAIDEA GLUTEN-FREE pasta with rice flour and corn flour (Chieti, Abruzzo).The latter is a rare excellence for our celiac friends!

We have selected some ready-to-use sauces that you just need to heat in the pan for a few minutes with a drizzle of Extra-Vergin Olive Oil: Salsa alla Norma (Tomato sauce with fried eggplant), Ragù di Verdure (Vegetable Ragout), Sugo al Nero di Seppia (Cuttlefish ink sauce), Salsa alle Alici (Anchovies Sauce), Tomato Puree with Tropea Onion PGI, ...

Cantine Pellegrino, 1880
Since 1880, this Marsala (Trapani, Sicily) winery has been selecting the best grapes, producing bottles of wine from native varieties.
Schokolato offers: the white "SALINARO" from Grillo grapes, the red "PASSIMORA" from Nero d'Avola grapes, the LEMONCELLO... and two excellent dessert wines: the ZIBIBBO and the BIO MALVASIA.
The latter are perfect accompaniments to ANTONIO MATTEI's CANTUCCI di Prato, sipped at the end of a meal, or as a relaxation interlude!

Cantucci di Prato (Cantuccini)
Traditional PRATO CANTUCCI have whole almonds; and ANTONIO MATTEI's are the best of the best. Since 1858, they have been the only reference for connoisseurs, in Tuscany and around the world.
They are the REAL and unique CANTUCCINI, in the recognizable blue packaging with string. Everything else is an imitation! ;-)
